Hey everyone, happy Thanksgiving. I am currently on my way to Tennessee for the holiday weekend. Currently sitting in the bed of a pickup truck. I hope you all are having a good holiday with your friends and families, getting really fat, and doing whatever it is your family does for the holidays. It’s the only time of the year when gluttony is acceptable (at least to some degree, and standard), so make the most out of it.
To many, Thanksgiving marks the beginning of the winter holidays, which to some people, for some dumb reason means shopping. Anyone who goes shopping on Thanksgiving day is missing the point of a holiday, stores shouldn’t even be open that day in my opinion. You celebrate, eat, watch the parade, football, or whatever else is on.
The day after is when it starts getting really bad, the day we call Black Friday. Everyone has to get up at 4:00 AM, go out and crowd the stores, and ultimately piss off retail workers everywhere. Why? I used to work in retail, and Black Friday is Hell! By going out shopping on this day, you are probably an asshole, AND a douchebag, BUT there are ways to avoid this…
I speak of course of doing all of your Black Friday shopping online. This is the best thing anyone can do for their holiday shopping. You can get things that you normally can’t get in your crappy town from the comfort of your own home.
Since I’m such a nice guy and everything, I’m going to link you off to some of the best sales, and tips that I could find online based around tech, video games, and whatever else I find.
